As a marketing executive, I spearheaded a full-scale brand revitalization for Children’s Lighthouse, aligning its identity with its core values and positioning it for sustained growth in the competitive early childhood education sector.

Children’s Lighthouse, a national franchise with over 50 locations, recognized inconsistencies in its brand messaging and visual identity. These disparities led to confusion among stakeholders and diluted the brand’s impact in the market. The organization sought a strategic overhaul to unify its brand presence and better reflect its commitment to values-based early childhood education.
My Role
In my marketing leadership role, I led a cross-functional team to conduct an in-depth brand audit, gathering insights from internal stakeholders, franchise owners, and customers. This comprehensive analysis informed the development of a cohesive brand strategy. I oversaw the redesign of the logo, website, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, I directed the implementation of advanced marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
